- Your message
We use this to answer your enquiry, assess the property, and prepare a proposal. We cannot advise you on a conversion without it.
The form does not ask for an account, a password, or payment details.
Property information we look up
Using the address or Tax Map Key you give us, we look up publicly available county and state records about the property — its size, zoning, land use, and existing wastewater system. This is public record information, and we gather it so we can advise you accurately about what your property needs.
If you email or call us
We keep correspondence and notes of calls about your enquiry or project, so that anyone here who picks up your matter knows what has already been discussed.
How long we keep it
If you engage us, your information becomes part of your client record and is kept for as long as we act for you, plus the period our professional, permit and tax obligations require. If your enquiry does not become work, we keep it so that we recognise you if you come back to us later. We do not delete enquiries on a fixed timetable. You can ask us to delete yours at any time — see Your choices below.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.
We share it only where the work requires it, for example:
- The State Department of Health and the County of Hawaiʻi, when we file an application or permit on your behalf
- Engineers, designers, installers and contractors working on your project
